About Us

We are The Learning Experience Greenpoint a growing childcare center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and professional Administrative & Enrollment Coordinator to support daily operations and help grow our enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parent inquiries
• Schedule and conduct daycare tours for prospective families
• Follow up with leads and assist families through the enrollment process
• Manage student registration and enrollment paperwork
• Prepare invoices and assist with tuition collection
• Maintain accurate child and staff records
• Assist with staff scheduling and attendance tracking
• Organize licensing and compliance documentation
• Support communication between parents, teachers, and management
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and friendly customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Experience in childcare, preschool, school administration, medical office, or customer service preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Daycare or preschool administrative experience
• Enrollment or admissions experience
• Bilingual (English and Chinese) is a plus
